When you ask 23 year olds about finance and insurance, many don’t talk about their own experiences. Being a well established brand doesn’t mean much to them. Young people do not picture themselves to be ‘typical’ financial services customers.
There are over 7 million people in the UK aged between 18 and 25. Serving the needs of young people is a way to stand out because not many organisations do this.
